Registration Under Rule 45 of MCDR Act 2017(Form-K)

Please follow the following step for applying Registration Under rule 45 of MCDR Act 2017(Form-K).

1. All * marked fields are mandatory to fill.

2. There are total 10 Sections in Form-K. These sections would be available for adding details as per business activity.

3. The Category of Applicants would be derived from GST Number. Please enter GST Number carefully.

4. Mobile Number and Email ID are to be verified through OTP. Enter mobile number and email id preferably linked with your Aadhar number.

5. New Applications are to be e-signed, hence it is advised to sync your mobile with the Aadhar Number. Without Aadhar and Mobile Number Syncing, Applicant will not be able to submit and esign the applications. In case of old records, this is also a mandatory requirement.

6. Old Applicants will login into the system using AppID and existing password.System will redirect the old registrants for forceful updation and esigning of existing registration data as per Form-K. Mobile number and email would also be verified for old registrations.

7. Regional Office shall esign the registration certificate for new applications. Old Registration certificates would also be esigned at RO level when these are updated and eigned at user end.

9. In Case of Mining Lease or Preferred Bidder if Applicant wants to upload Khasra Detail then Type of Land Code and Nature of Land Code will be used as given below. Village Code and Sub district Code Will be Used as per LG Directory.https://lgdirectory.gov.in/.
